We are a reasonably small company, and much prefer to work on new products and despatch orders to answering the telephone when it's often some telemarketing person trying to sell us a toilet roll subscription or (even worse) advertising!
We choose not to publish a telephone number, as this reduced administration time/cost results in us being able to offer more competitive prices and cutting edge products.
Contact is (genuinely) best by email, and will be dealt with very quicky, usually within the hour. This enables us to concentrate on the task in hand, and similarly deal with customer enquiries when we are able to dedicate all of our time to them - rather than having to drop everything to answer a telephone call, whilst still thinking about the previous task in hand.

If you live locally to us (Darwen, Lancashire), and you'd prefer to collect then that is great! Just email us and we'll make the arrangements.
For local audiophiles we also offer to visit you at home and see what we can recommend for your system - at the same time bringing a suitable selection of our products as required for you to try out on the spot! Get in touch!
